This means that while the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are individual and distinct persons, they are not three gods but one God.

1. **The outer circles** contain the Latin words *Pater* (Father), *Filius* (Son), and *Spiritus Sanctus* (Holy Spirit), representing the three persons of the Trinity.
